Springfield, IL (BUSINESS WIRE) – Horace Mann Educators Corporation (NYSE:HMN) today announced that its Board of Directors approved a 3% increase in the quarterly cash dividend to $0.36 per share. This represents an indicated annual dividend of $1.44 per share payable on March 31, 2026, to shareholders of record as of March 17, 2026.

“This is the 18th consecutive year the Board has increased the annual shareholder cash dividend, demonstrating Horace Mann’s dedication to driving sustainable long-term shareholder value,” said Horace Mann President & CEO Marita Zuraitis.
